Matt Barker

Following a 9-year career in the music industry, Matt joined the family business in 1999. With a
healthy obsession in Branding, Customer Focus, Quality Management and Continuous Improvement,
Matt has progressed through a range of management and director roles, developing experience in
all aspects of business.

As Managing Director of CSB Logistics since 2008, Matt continues to develop an award-winning
business, recognised as a leading logistics provider in its sector and celebrating 30 years of trading.

Matt is passionate about business and driven by the continual transition between his natural focus
on the big picture – vision and strategy – to the detailed implementation of systems and
development of effective and motivated teams.

Dom Barker

Dom is a Chartered Accountant with 14 years’ experience advising SME’s in the areas of strategy, business planning, fundraising and mergers & acquisitions.  Additionally, he has 13 years’ experience as a company director within the Construction Logistics sector.

Having advised a wide variety of businesses, Dom has a broad knowledge of business systems and processes and understands what key information is required in order for a business to be managed effectively.  He is a very good communicator and negotiator and has significant experience dealing with both debt and equity finance providers.

Dom’s sector experience includes Business & Support Services, Wholesale, Travel, Financial Services, Ecommerce, Software and IT Services.
